Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before the product is shipped. Full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • After Dispatch: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

2. How to Cancel an Order

  1. Contact us immediately at support@ssfn.in or call +91 72078 13578 with your order number.
  2. Cancellations requested via WhatsApp or email must include the order number and registered phone number.
  3. We will confirm your cancellation via email or SMS once processed.

3. Cancellation by Satyavathy Foods

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:

  • The product is out of stock or unavailable.
  • Payment could not be verified or was declined.
  • The shipping address is incomplete, incorrect, or outside our serviceable area.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity on the order.
  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

In all such cases, a full refund will be initiated automatically within 5-7 business days.

4. Subscription / Recurring Order Cancellations

If we introduce subscription or recurring delivery services in the future, cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged for that cycle.

5. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

  • Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • COD orders: No refund applicable as no payment was collected in advance.
