Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Satyavathy Foods, we take pride in the quality of our farm-fresh products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or expired upon delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product packaging is tampered or broken, affecting product safety.
- The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
For food safety reasons, opened or partially consumed products cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed (unless defective).
- Products without original packaging or labels.
- Perishable goods after the expiry date has passed due to customer storage conditions.
- Free promotional items or gift samples.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery at support@ssfn.in or call +91 72078 13578.
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return. Attach photos if the product is damaged.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will schedule a pickup or provide instructions for returning the item.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method ( Razorpay / UPI / Card ).
- For COD orders, refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided by you.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please request a return and place a new order for the correct product.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@ssfn.in with your order details.
