1. Shipping Partners

We partner with Amazon Shipping and other reputed logistics providers to deliver your orders safely and on time. All shipments are tracked, and you will receive updates at every stage of delivery.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM or on Sundays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics constraints, or local restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹500 within India.
  • Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹500.
  • Remote Area Surcharge: Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote PIN codes. This will be shown at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and WhatsApp message with your tracking ID (AWB number) and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. A re-shipping fee may apply if you request redelivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with our shipping partner and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Serviceable Areas

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time. If your PIN code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout before payment.
